I'm such a new mom...I took tons of pictures of my new little boy (I think anyway...) Copernicus! A few of you may have seen pictures of him On a couple of my threads, but I got a couple good ones! He gets so excited every time I come to the tank to watch him, so it's hard to capture him. He's so beautiful! Well I think so anyway.

Wow he is going to be stunning when full grown. That color it to die for.

Everyones baby threads makes me want to rescue another baby. It was a blast raising my little Pixy Nixy Phoenix girl and she turned out to be a beauty herself. Still need pics of her >.<

I'm so excited to see what he grows up to be! Everyone says veiltail, but I'm just not too sure! :]

That is what we thought my baby girl was but now I think she is actually a hm. She flared today and her tail was too rounded and too 'full' for vt. It was very hm looking and I just about screamed. Her color even looks like she is becoming mustard gas.

xD working on it, need a new memory card. I just got an UNDERWATER CAMERA!!!!!! The kind they use to catch pictures of fish in the ocean :D I am so excited to use it.

Keep us all updated on this beauties growth too. I am soooo excited to see how he turns out. He is such a stunner.

Oh and FYI, that is the SAME color nix started at and now she is turning into an almost mustardgas. Notices the red on the inside part of the fin. Nix had it too and now her fin is all redish orange with a blue outline making it sort of look like mustardgas. Might want to watch for it if colors change anymore.

took another picture today! i think Copernicus grew overnight! And I noticed the white on his ventrals aren't really white...they are green! Those grew, too!

Also, when can you tell if a betta will become an EE? When he looks at me straight on, his pectoral fins look huge compared to the rest of his body! Is this normal for betta fry? They are still clear, though.
