My guess is a tumor but I've heard of bacterial ulcers as well being treated with meds such as Maracyn 2. Kanaplex may also be something to try... I know that Epsom salt is used as a laxative but I believe salt can also be used to try to draw fluid from the body. Callistra is the queen of internal meds.

I would not let this go untreated in any case. You may be able to cure it if you try to treat it soon enough. I believe that with ulcers, they continue to grow until they pop and kill the fish... That does not sound fun! If she is acting normally otherwise, it's a good sign. At least you know currently she's not in any pain.

Here's a video of her the best I could do, it's hard taking pictures of her, when she saw the camera she got scared and hid in her castle

Not sure but like I suggested originally, I'd give epsom salts a go

breathing pretty heavy and belly is grey and bloated.

Hmm I'll try Epsom salts, I have an old .5 gallon tank from when I got my first betta and didn't know that it wasn't a good permanent home for them, should I put her in there while I use the Epsom salt

I don't think it's bloat because she's still pooping normally

It sounds more like a bacterial infection.
