Are you using Epsom salts? They can help draw fluids from the body. I think Kanaplex is gentle and its usually the most recommended for internal bacterial problems but it will probably have to be ordered online.

I wouldn't start with Kanaplex unless she's actually acting sick. I'd try the epsoms alone for 2 weeks and see how that goes. It wouldn't be a bad idea to keep kanaplex on hand though.

Well.. is the tank fully cycled? how long have you had it set up?

If it's fully cycled two 50% water changes a week, including using a siphon to vaccum the gravel or the stir/dip method (stir up the poop in the gravel and scoop it out with a cup) should likely be okay.

I've had it set up since March and what does cycled mean? like having a running filter?

Here's a guide you will want to read through: Let me know if you have questions after reading it. As long as your filter has been maintained properly, you should have a good supply of bb built up by now. http://www.bettafish.com/showthread.php?t=47838

I know it's been a while, but after a few weeks of epsom salt nothing changed, It's been a long time now and the lump hasn't gone down, it seems like it's gotten bigger and theres a smaller one growing on it. Her behaviors started to change a little she's a little less active at time but is still eating normally, is there anything I can do for her?

If it is a tumor, there's nothing you can do. If it was an actual disease process, I would think she would be much sicker or dead by now as it has been a couple months.

Poop is normal?
