Betta fin clamped together and badly torn

So please help my fish. This happen almost overnight. He hasnt eat ANYTHING for the past 3 days. idk if he will make it. HIs caudal fin deformed.

I changed water on Wednesday and last night i found him just at the bottom of the tank badly injured. He has no tank mates. I have some rock in there any figured he probably attempted to swim through the tiny gap which i didnt even know exist. What should i do? No other disease detected

Water parameter is pristine. I am really scare of losing this guy. He's only been with me for more than a month but i do feel like a parent right now

Your tanks overstocked. Maybe Fin rot. But looks like Fin nipping. Increase temp. Get rid of Otos.

4 fishes in a ten gallon is not overstock. And otto is not even 1 inch yet. And it is not finrot, have checked everything. Just clamped and torn (not receding)

Otos need 20 gallons. They need plenty of food. Its overstocked. Its Fin nipping.

Well, that still doesn't help me right now. The overstock information irrelevant at the moment since the betta has been QTed. And no, none of my ottos had died (i have them for 5-6 months)

Ok so back to my question. Is there anything else i could treat him with except clean water and salt? No point in talking about how overstock my tank is right now. If it is overstock then i could move those ottos to my 40 gallons tank later not a big problem after my fish had healed.

There might be something wrong in his envirement. Like not enough hiding spots.
