good quality flake food

im lookin for some good quality flake food, atm im using aqueon ones that came with my tank kit,im guessing these are not that great.

any reccomendations for a nice quality flake,my bettas sometimes eat flake that i put in the tank for other critters to eat so i would rather they all get the best stuff rather than junk

I feed my Bettas New life spectrum pellets & Omega One flakes. One of my males can't eat the pellets so he gets the flakes & then a couple times a week I feed frozen foods.

I like the Ocean Nutrition community formula brand flake food-the first ingredient is salmon filets and its low in Ash and Phosphorous.
This is one of the fish foods I use to wean my Bettas off my homemade and live foods to get them ready for new homes-plus, its a great plant food...lol....
