Skerries has a bubblenest too!

it was wedged into the corner, and came a little undone when I moved the tank down for a picture... still not bad for his 2nd next ever.

I'm not sure how old he is, He's only roughly an inch in length. I think someone said around 6 wks?

in his case, I'm sure that he's a happy fella. All of our bettas are friendly, and active.

Aside from the bubblenest being instinctual, I mean

Unfortunately, I had to do water changes today, so his awesome little bubblenest is no more, but I'm glad that he's a total pro! lol

How old/big do bettas have to be to breed? I keep thinking that my baby is too young to be thinking about girls! XD

I hate that, but as I saw "it's better clean water and no bubble nest, than dirty water with a bubble nest" I think that's what I said...

As the age, I don't really know..lol someone else will have to answer that.

Too cute! When do bettas start building bubble nests? Do they need to reach a certain maturity level or age?
