Twitchy Like Swimming?

Sometimes my Halfmoon Aroe swims in twitchy like movements. He usually paces the front and sides of his tank and will twitch and swim as fast as he can when he turns around. It's like random spasm like movements and I'm not sure if thats normal. He doesn't do it all the time

I would keep an eye on him - it may be an early symptom of something that needs antibiotics.

Sometimes twitchy behaviors can be a sign of external parasites - they get itchy.

Is it a jerky like swimming motion - like he will be swimming find and then it looks like he has a little seizure and then goes back to swiming normally again?
