Looking for Female Bettas

So here is a quesiton. Some of you might have seen that I want to start my own sorority but with a ten gallon I can only have 4 or 5 tops. Atm I have a little girl that my boyfriend had gotten me as a gift. After following this forum for a while I would rather rescue some female betta's or purchase them from some other non-petstore. I'm not looking to breed these females so that doesn't matter to me. I live in NE ohio.

Definitely go with this offer. The best sorority setup is a pack of female siblings. And Mo has very nice fish.

Oh oh, I just finished selling a whole bunch of giants, and I'm in NE Ohio too. Darn.

I will second whoever said that siblings are the way to go. That's what I have, and it's really really great. Perhaps not as variable in the color department, but they are so peaceful.

If you want a larger collection of siblings, you can contact breeders and see what they have. Often many females are available, and you might be able to get them for free/cheap.

Does this include shipping or do u live near? I live in Conneat, Ohio. I already have one female but so far she doesn't seem aggressive but that could always change I'm not sure how that works. I'm very interested in this deal. Do u have pictures of them?

I'm sorry if my post is against the rules or something since I'm not doing this in the "classifides" because it won't let me post in there and my local pet shop has to special order femalesand Id really rather not support walmarts cruel ways they treat Betta.
