Aquarium sand... I need help.

So I'm trying to rinse off this aquarium sand, and it's forming all of these weird bubbles! Is this okay? I have never seen sand do this before. I do have a bigger grain sand this time.

My sand did that too. It's normal - I'm fairly sure it's something to do with surface tension of the water or something of that nature.

When I stir it - it gets worse, lol.

I just put it in my tank, and filled up my tank with water. No problems.

Mine did that also. It will eventually drop to the bottom. I would just poke the stuff on the top with my finger and most of it would drop.
