Bettas

WHO WOULD OF THOUGHT. I NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS,WOULD I DREAMPT OF HAVING BETTAS.I ALWAYS LOVED MY ANGEL FISH. NOW ALL THINK ABOUT IS HOW CAN I FIT MORE BETTAS. INTO MY TANKS AND I REALLY FIND I LIKE THE LADYS MORE INTERESTING. LOOKING FOR A 20 GAL.LONG FOR MY GIRLS.

I never liked betta and was looking for another fish to keep in a smaller tank but then I fell in love and now I am the same way, just want more :)

I never really though I'd like the females almost better than the males but here I am looking to make a sorority because I fell in love with my current little girl.

I like the females but if I got females I'd want a sorority and I don't have the money or space right now... one day :)

I am the same way! I think, after owning them and falling in love with their personalities and uniqueness... I find females more appealing. Prettier or not, they are super spunky and fun and active because of their short fins. I currently have two males and three females as of last Friday, and I will be getting three more females so all six of them can occupy my ten gallon, and eventually I want to upgrade the size of the tank, but I don't know if I will add more girls... The only other fish I find super interesting are shrimp, lol. Red cherry shrimp to be specific.

Edit: Also, I'm thinking that if I get room for more tanks I'll probably go for females, even if they are in their own tank... I just find them to be too cute.
