Is air conditioner bad?

Hi, I bought an air conditioner about a month ago. That's the only real change I've made.
My betta has a heater, so water hasn't dropped temperature or anything, the water is ok. Afraid of the bowl getting too cold, I changed it's location from the living room to the kitchen, he hated it there (I know because he wouldn't come out of his hiding place), so now he's back where he's always been. I'm just worried because for the last two days he hasn't eaten anything, he's a little pale (his face) and he keeps hidden behind the plant.

So, aqua med is a tap water conditioner? Make sure it neutralizes: chlorine, chloramine, heavy metals. :)

Moving him around lot probably caused stress, so you may need to avoid moving him. When cleaning the tank, I advice investing in a gravel siphon... Keeping the fish in the tank (50-90% water changes) will lower the stress for you to remove him, and for him to be removed.

So I took some pictures and filmed him with my phone and went to the store I bought him from and they said it probably has a fungus and gave me an antibiotic.
Nonetheless I appreciate and will follow your advice!

Yes, he's face is pale. Some parts of his body too

Hmmm may be columnaris (strong fungal disease). Can you get a picture?
