sororities ???

I want to start a sorority. I had 10 gallon set up growing plants.waiting for them to grow & fill in. Then I fell for male betta. I call him mister,at same time i also fell for female, I named her fiesty. she fits the name to a tee.I love her so much..had to divide the tank . In my 5 gallon i have lady, my first female betta. if i could put another betta in ten gallon,should it be a girl or should i put lady in 10 gal? if I get new girl that would be 3 in ten gallon still divided. mister could be in 5 gallon. then i could get 1 more girl for sorority ? I find the girls are so much more interesting .Why did God make such beautiful fish that can't live together????? That makes me sad

Just get a couple more girls, then move your boy into the 5 gallon and place your girls in the 10.

And I know the feeling.. I keeping having to turn off my pc every time I see one I want lol

my problem is my fish need to talk to me. so right now i have 2 girls.they are both wonderful. i need at least 3 more to make a sorority.

It can be done with 4 but you need at least 6 for a safe sorority.

SO I HAVE 2 FEMALES RIGHT NOW 1 IS IN 5 GAL ,1 IS DIVIDED 10 GAL WITH MALE I COULD PUT FEMALE FROM 5 GAL INTO TEN GAL. PUT MALE INTO 5 GAL .MY MATH IS NOT SO GOOD.THAT MAKES 2 GIRL IN 10 GAL MALE IN 5 GAL SO I STILL NEED AT LEAST 3 MORE GIRLS ? 10 GAL. DIVIDED INTO 3RD. HELP!!!!!!

Your prob best to just wait until you can get the remaining 4+ females and just start the sorority at that point. Less stress for all the bettas involved and prob easier on you as well.

are you thinking of placing the male into the sorority? if so this is not the greatest idea as it will end up in a bad situation at some point for one or many of the betta. The Male should live on his own in the 5g and a minimun of 6 females together in the 10g

Mister will be going into the 5 gal i'm on the look out for a 20 gal. For the girls.
