Exclamation Disease??!!!!

My betta's tail has gotten speckled with black dots. His scales are turning brown on the top of his head and he has a white patch on his belly. He developed all these symptoms in a matter of two days and I am a new betta owner so I really don't know what in the world is going on. When I got him he was completely normal. Please help

Is the white patch fluffy or cottony? Are any of the discolored spots raised? Can you include a picture? How large are the black speckled dots?

The speckles sound like maybe he is marbling and changing colors... Which is normal. The brown could also be normal coloring, but I'm not sure. The white patch sounds more concerning, though, but of course it could also be normal, or he could be losing color...

Could you please fill this out?
