Potential injury on fish not improving

Thanks again for your help. I'm going to do some water changes to get the salt out and try an antibiotic. I've been comparing the ones you mentioned and they all have different medicines in them....would one be better to try over the others first? I'm leaning toward Maracyn Plus, but wasn't sure if that's the way to go.

They're all three broad spectrum antibiotics. My favorite is Kanaplex but it can be hard to find. Maracyn Plus is good too. Furan 2 would probably be my last choice but it's not a bad drug.
