my dad sometimes does the changes without my permission and questions like "how much water should I remove?" T.T

Can you teach him how to do a water change correctly? It's actually good that he's trying to help with these. It shows that he's trying to help out. Maybe you could write up some water change instructions for him?

UPDATE:

Rose has 3 or 4 black scales and more "fuzz" on her gills. there is also some black scales on her head and the fuzz is reaching to her belly. she also looks as if she has been slightly burnt. (but the temp isnt high right now, its at 82 Fahrenheit and none of the other fish seem to be acting like Rose)

(PS. the black is more like a gray from the lead of a pencil shining in light)

Does the 'fuzz' on any of these fish look like what Rose has?

The best thing I can advise is for her to be isolated in her own 1 gallon and away from the other fish. She's probably very stressed.

We can't really say more than has already been said without photos.

You should inform your dad that your stock needs a minimum of 10 gallons and your schooling fish need a minimum of 5 each, but 6+ is better. Also the danios and guppies are cold water fish and you can't keep them in a tropical aquarium like that.

You can't keep healthy fish like that. Sorry. They probably need antibiotics, but the only way to keep them alive and healthy long term is to adjust the above.
