Lovelace can't be moved because he's seen better days. I'm thinking of keeping the 30 and stand for just him, until he passes. I suspect the tumor, which has only begun a few days ago, is actually inside and pushing the cartilage of his mouth out... So I've assumed anyways.
Sena- Thank you so much and sorry you have to do this, I can only imagine how hard it is. Know that your fish are in good homes now and will be beyond spoilt! Good luck with Lovelace and his tumor. I enjoyed our quick visit, let's call it the first meeting of the Alberta betta club hahaha! And CJ, thanks for going out of your way to do this!
Update: Just got home, everyone's fine (a bit stressed). Every single dt fry is alive, I counted 11. They are now floating in his tank. The boys will all be set up shortly.
I just got home and have the bags floating in tanks. Everyone is scared but are colouring up nicely.
CJ oh my god! Peanut is gorgeous! She has a 180 spread and is flaring lots at Marble. She will be bred soon!
Thanks so much Sena everything is awesome but what is this?
The babies bellies are all full with decap brine shrimp now, but I'm still acclimating them (I'm doing it really slowly.). I was surprised that they actually ate it. Tonight I will give them some microworms. Sena, what type were the worms you gave me?
And all eleven of them are now safe in the breeding box. I put in some of that plant you gave me, "cambomba" or something I think. The hardest part is now over!
And the worms are either banana worms or microworms I forgot tomato them lol. Compare with yours... Smaller would be banana, similar would be microworms.
I am also surprised they ate decap. That would be their first time.
