It's hard to believe......

......how stressed my baby Casper was when I first got him. Even though a lot of betta people do not recommend getting the babies, I say WE MUST RESCUE!! Look at Casper's progress and he is simply thriving now!! I am so glad I rescued from Petco!

The top left pic is the first day I got him (January 2nd). No color at all and major stress stripes. The top right pic is about a week later. Better color, no stress, and even flaring at me. The bottom was taken today. I can't believe how dark he is getting, and growing so big. Looks as though he may turn out to be red/blue after all! It is hard to believe all of the pictures are the same fish!

Wow! That's beautiful! I love the colors. I saw the babies at petco where I got No Name. I never heard of them selling babies until then (and I didnt think most od them would fair well since baby anythings in a pet store usually succumb to stress). Great job! :)

I would never think he was the same little fella! Great job! I've seen plenty of horros at the pet stores near me and I've taken in a few and it's truly great to see them change like this.
