Opinions on my fish's health? (pics)

Hey guys,

So, its been two weeks with Steve in his new tank, and I just want to make sure he is staying healthy and not susceptible to some of the diseases I read about. Attached is a picture of his fins. I have noticed white spots under his head, but they seem uniform and harmless, but of course, you guys know more!

I did get a picture of the spots, but the flash on my phone turned them shiny and golden, I thought that would have lead to a misdiagnosis

Are they under his chin? And do they look silvery? If it's uniform and silvery, and located under his chin, this could just be normal coloring.

Also a grey beard indicates stress, but nothing can be seen from the photo you're sharing.
