they didn't stay like that for long heres what they look now their hard even to take photo of, i think i'll treat if he gets more of them, for now i'll just wait see they disappear on their own.

if i do treat him whats the dosage of salt i should use is it 3 tsps per gallon? or 3 tsps for the whole 6 gallons in my tank?

3 tsps per gallon use a hospital tank if you have live plants in his 6 gal. 3 tsp is the medical dose for treating external parasites.

i'll post again if i decide to go ahead with the treatment or if the spots on his head disappear without the treatment,

i think i'll give the spots 2 weeks before i treat, because he had some small spots a while ago that disappeared after about a week.
