cycled my tank.. I think

so I added a bunch of BB last week. I tested the water today, no ammonia showed up in the tests. so thats good correct? im just wondering, I should vacuum out the gravel and about 50% water weekly but when I add water, should I condition it before I put it in the tank or after??

What is your nitrite and nitrate level? You won't know if it's cycled until you get those. Your tank is cycled when you get these readings.

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10+

+1 with Lady.

If you're using buckets for water changes, add the water conditioner to the bucket before you pour it into the tank.
