Food recipe?

I know someone who has a betta but nothing to feed them. Pellets at Walmart don't seem very good and there's not a close pet store she doesn't want to grow her own food for her betta because she can't stomach it so she's wondering if there's any recepies she can make at home for their food. She said she heard she can cook them shrimp? I don't know anything about homemade betta food so I was wondering if any of you did? I recommend she tried to grow food like microworms and brine shrimp but she says she just can't do it

She can order a quality food from Amazon, petsolutions.com, drsfoster&smith, Petco, petsmart, etc etc. She would need a variety of things to meet all her Bettas nurtitional needs if she the home made route. Just my opinion. There are many people who make their own fish food but it's going to involve some items it sounds like she may not want to mess with.

She lives in Switzerland so many places don't deliver to her and he lives far from the closest pet store and her grocery store doesn't have good food

There really are no recipes for betta food like there are for cat or dog food :/

As someone who likes to make their own mixes that has always bothered me but i make up for it by farming my betta's live food myself. :P
