Question Solid colored pectoral fins?

I have two Bettas with solid colored pectoral fins, would they be considered as EE's? They aren't exactly big, but with the solid color it deffenitly looks different.

Photos are fuzzy but the first one looks EE. Second looks like minor EE, meaning his fins are larger but not full on large like a normal EE.

If you mind me asking, what IS the difference between a EE and a dumbo Betta? (I just googled EE and they look the same as Dumbo)

Okay thank you! :)

EE and Dumbo are both the same, EE means Elephant ears, (Which are big)
And Dumbo means big ears.
