Please Help!!! :(

my betta got ick from a filter i used i guess i didnt wash it well enough, so i put him in the little cup and put a little bit not even 1/10th of a drop of quick cure and i put him in a heated tank in his little cup and 3 hours later and hes laying flat at the bottom of his cup.
(please no scolding or negative anything hes my favorite and im already feeling bad enough to know i possibly killed him)
i saw that the ingredient on quick cure was malachite green and i dont know what to do, is this a wait for him to die or can i do something?

Did you get him out of the quick cure? You do know ick can be cured by just warm water and possibly aquarium salt. Pictures would help.

i tried the warm water and aquarium salt for 2 days and he has only gotten worst so i thought i needed meds.
he somewhat responds when i pic his cup from the water and i did notice the he has lost some of his color when put near a strong light source
i can borrow the camera if the pics would help

will blackwater extract help? or maybe decafeneited green tea? he seems to have moved to the upright position when i picked him up but he is not going up for air

i lowered the water to 1 inch so he can get water easier, i also put in a drop of blackwater extract, if someone decides to help please let me know anything else i can do

I don't think tea would be good. Would it be possible to raise his temp to at least 83? Black water can't help. Remember that ich dies once it falls off the fish, not while it is on it. Read this- http://aqualandpetsplus.com/Misc%20What%20is%20Ich.htm
Pics would help. You should not do a 100% change in a 14. You will probably have to go through a mini cycle now. And new life spectrum or omega one pellets are much better food. Do you have a quarentine tank?

ok at the moment im putting him in a 3 gallon quarantine tank and i am raising the temp up to 85, thanks for helping :) it really means alot
