Bubble party in the tank?

This is going to be really weird to explain. After recovering from fin rot I put my Betta back into the big tank from the quarantine, my Betta seems to have developed a really big liking to aeration bubbles. It has been swimming there for half a day. The bubbles are not that strong, but my Betta is a male and has a gorgeously big tail, so the bubbles keep on flipping it. Yet he still persists. He will go to where aeration is, get flipped, and go back again. And has been at it for half the day. Is he just being playful and happy that his fin rot is cured or is this something funky? The weird part is that I also have oto catfish, and he has been doing the exact same thing since I put my Betta back into the big tank. And my ghost shrimp is sitting on the plant that also touches the bubbles and is surfing it. Is there some bubble hype I don't know about? Could oxygen be low now?

That's.... Interesting, lol.
Betta fish don't really get oxygen from the water at all, with the labyrinth and such. I don't think you have a low oxygen supply in the water. I don't think you should worry just yet. Only worry once they start acting sick, that's when you should worry. Video? For now, enjoy the party they're having. Hehe

I would say your guy is just ready to play and exercise after having been in quarantine for awhile.

My betta loves playing in his bubbles as well, and will wait at where they come out of after eating breakfast until they start blowing.
He also uses his gills often, which was why I added aeration in the first place.
