Sororities and breeding

I have read the article about sororities of females and my understanding is that they can work well with a figure if around 6 females present in tank. If I was to use these females for breeding as well as showing (just for myself and friends) could I be pulling females in and out of the sorority without throwing the harmony of the girls out of line? Knowing after breeding the female will be placed in a hospital tank for recovery so guessing she maybe out of the tank for up to 2 weeks and then added back.

Any time you add or remove a female from an established sorority there will be a re-aligninment of who's in charge & who isn't. Some times its mild & other times not. Even if you remove all of the girls & then put them back in at the same time there is a risk.

I've ran 2 different sororities, the first was pretty calm, this one is a little more high strung. I haven't had any issues with removing and adding back a single female every now and then. It's when I add multiple that there is a pecking order battle again.
