So, I've had my MG/blue Koi HMPK pair in the spawn tank for 3 days now, and I finally have eggs in the nest!! Can't tell how many though. Now, I'm having trouble removing the female without disturbing the nest...thoughts???
Also, my peppered cories have spawned today for the first time in the 6 months ive had them. I've literally spent the last 2 hours looking up how to hatch and raise their fry and moving their eggs from the sorority tank over to a critter keeper im floating in the tank with an airstone. It seems they need practically the Same care as betta fry do, so I should be okay. I think I have about 50 eggs give or take a few.
I had to share my excitement. I haven't had any successful spawns from anyone other than livebearers yet, so I'm trying not to get ahead of myself, but I can't help it.

(Sorry if this is the wrong section, was going to put it in the other fish, but it concerns bettas too, and then was thinking spawn logs, but the cories aren't bettas)
