Anyone have this filter?

I picked up the cascade 300 internal filter from the store. The idea and concept really caught my attention. It said it had an adjustable flow and I was like oh cool. Even on low it shoots my females across the tank. Any info if you like it, or how you baffled it would be helpful

Thank you

I had one and took it back as it took up too much space in my tank (I didnt like). I placed it in a corner, on its side, and pointed the nozzle against the glass so it hit that first, pretty calm then.
