Under Gill cover desease

Hello,

My female betta, She looks like turn red her under gill cover, near chin, and has red tumor.

Housing
What size is your tank? 5 gallon
What temperature is your tank? 78F
Does your tank have a filter? Yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? Yes
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? With a female(separated), water glass and some pod

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Hikari and frozen red worm
How often do you feed your betta fish? Two per day

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? Twice per a week
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 50%&100%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? I didn't add, because I use wall water

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:0
pH:7
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? Just turn red ans has a small tumor
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Not change her behavior. But I moved small hospital tank, about 1 gallon. She often near surface of water or bottom of water. She like swimming a lot.
When did you start noticing the symptoms? 15 days ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? I move hospital tank, and add Nitrofurazolidon. But it's not works. I changed Tetracycline, but empired today
Does your fish have any history of being ill? She has small red patch at her Pectoral Fin last month. I moved hospital tank, and add salt. She recovery a week. That's all
How old is your fish (approximately)? I bought her last October. Maybe 8 month ?

Her under Gill cover is red.
But she eat and poop normally.

I changed water today, and I just add salt now.

What can I do for her ?
Do you know what desease ?

Its hard to tell much from the pic, however, if its the gills themselves that are red-that is normal-If its the outside or gill plate-that too could be a normal pigment change especially since she is light colored.

If you are seeing a raised area-that could be a tumor, parasite, wound or scar tissue.

Since she is otherwise acting her normal self-I would observe for now.

Since you have a filter-I wouldn't make any 100% water changes or was that for the 1gal
IMO-in a 5gal filtered tank-50% weekly with vacuum should maintain water quality-provided that you don't overfeed or leave uneaten food long term....

Can you post a clearer pic of the area in question...

Only her right gill is turn red and tumor. I guess it's desease. It's not wound.
I'll take another pic, but she is always swimming alot. I can't good pic.

Hi again,

I contacted I bought her.
He said she has desease you have to ad nitrofurazolidon or Antibiotic all time".
I use nitrofurazolidon, but it's not working.
I have some Antibiotic, like Maracyn 2, Kanamycin, Furan2 etc.
Which medicine is good for her ?

I don't use or recommend antibiotics, however, I am not critical of those that do-its a personal choice-That said, you might PM Sakura with a link to this thread for her assistance with use of medications.

Thank you for your advice.
But I decided use antibiotics, because she looks not good. She didn't eat and still surface of water.
I am not sure it's good or not.
