Vacation for 2 weeks

I'm going on a trip to France and I don't have anybody to take care of my betta fish or my snail :(. I'll be leaving on March 2nd and I'll be back on March 12th.
My betta lives in a 2.5 gallon mini bow and my snail (apple snail) had to get downgraded to a cycled 5 gallon (didn't have any more room for the ten) Will they both be okay without water changes for that amount of time? I'll do a 50% water change for my betta's tank and a 20%-30% on my snail's tank the day I leave. Can this work?

Is there a filter in the 2.5 gallon?

Yes there is a filter. And a heater. The tank is always
At 80* F

I would probably do a 100% water change on the betta or at least a 85% change as close to the day your leaving as possible and then again on the day you return. If its filtered I think he'll be ok. My main concern is fin rot but if it's filtered the chances of that are lowered a little bit. Not sure about the snail. I don't think water changes are as crucial for them and I think he'll be fine.
