Tumor?

Hi, everyone. I have a betta who is getting on in years. I estimate he is about 2 years old. I have had him for over a year and he was in the LFS for a good six months before he came home with me. He has scales growing down over his eyes and cannot see out of one now. He has a new growth on his face that is slowly getting larger. From what I have researched, it seems to be a tumor and there isn't really anything for me to do. He does not seem bothered by it. He swims fine, eats fine, and there are no changes in his personality/behavior. I am wondering if you can confirm or deny that this is a tumor, and what possible treatment there is for it?

To be honest with you, dragonscales tend to have two problems: The growth over the eyes, and tumors. It is almost expected in most dragonscales. Like you said as long as it is not causing a problem it should not be too much of an issue. Just be warned that when it does, you will need to do the best for him. But, that will be then - and this is now :)
