Question Betta girl with a tiny piece of chicken

I have a female who is a maniac. She's had her established, filtered aquarium for about 3 months but anytime I move she's darting everywhere. My big male is in a larger aquarium and doesn't do any of that. Who is unhappy? They can't see each other but they're so incredibly different that I'm astounded and am sure I'm doing someone a disservice. Anyhow, I gave her a tiny piece of chicken tonight for a bit and then took it away. Attached is the video. I'm just curious if they're "happy" as fish in aquariums can be or if I could be feeding or playing with them more?

She seems like she was having a helluva time! But we'll see what you think...

My female is much more active than my male, both appear content and happy. It could just be a personality difference. And you're right, she does appear to be enjoying that chicken. Maybe give her smaller bits and see what she does.
