Removing anubias from hardscape?

I was just wondering if there's any way to do it without damaging the plant. If not, I won't worry about it, but if there's a way that'd be awesome!

Just carefully pry the roots off? If its wrapped around a rock, probably not too hard...but it might sink roots into crevices in driftwood and such.

Cool, thanks. I didn't want to just go ahead and try and then later learn that I'd completely stuffed up the plant!
