Welcome!! SeaGate looks great, and although I'm not a fan of the glass marbles, they look pretty dang good in his tank!

Thank you for the warm welcome.

Being I am new to Betta care, I must ask, are the glass marbles not good to have in a tank? I dont want to do anything to jeopardize the fish.

marbles are perfect for a tank! I've had them myself.

what's not good is the pineapple. I do belive I've heard there is a metal frame inside that could potentially rust. :/

Aw, man. This makes me sad. :(

Do you think it's best I get that out of there? Have all of them been known to rust? Or we're there just some bad ones out there (I realize you will probably not know the answer to this...I'm just babbling since I'm sad)

I think it's some of them, and I do know a lot of people have had them without issue, so I wouldn't worry about dumping the pineapple out now :)

But if you ever notice anything odd about it, then you know why xD

Yeah my pineapple kinda went all funky on me so I tossed it. The marbles are fine I'm just not a fan of them myself. But they definitely have their perks; by far the easiest substrate to clean.
