What type of bettas are the "fluffy" ones?

Like these:




Going to get a male on Friday, but I wanna get one that will be all "fluffy" when it grows up, what kind are these? o:

Those are called Halfmoons - HM

:)

Just make sure there is no strong current if you have him with a filter, nor no sharp/pointy plants.
