How long are treats good for?

I bought this "Betta Dial-A-Treat" by zoo med a few months ago with freeze dried blood worms, mysis and daphnia. The expiration date says 2016 but I feel like they've gotten damp and I'm wondering how long they're good for.

I've never bought one so I don't have experience with them but if you're not comfortable with continuing to use it then don't.

If they are damp then they won't last - need to stay dry, otherwise can grow mold.
