loaches and shrimp

Can Kuhli (the litle brown and white striped) loaches and shrimp be together? or will the loaches eat the shrimp?

Yes, they'll eat some of your shrimp - but so will just about any other fish! Kuhli's aren't nearly as bad as yoyos or some other loaches, but you will probably lose a few.

trying to find some bottom feeders that my loaches will be nice to.

Strictly inverts, or any bottom feeder? You could try some otos.

Was hoping for shrimp and cory cats.

I did a couple of searches, and a lot of people have said that their kuhli's didn't touch their shrimp. You could probably start with just a couple if you have lots of ground cover and hiding spots for them, and see what happens.

No, they'll definitely eat the snails! And the general rule is - if it will eat a snail, it will almost certainly eat a shrimp!

I guess I'll go with the cories and see how that goes. I really don't want to "kill" the shrimp.
