Betta breeding with guppies?! :O

Okay people I am at a bit of a dilema here. I had my 10 gallon tank split with a clear divider and had a female on one side and a male on the other. The female was getting full of eggs and the make built a huge bubble nest, but didnt think anything if it because of the divider. Somehow the female jumped over the divider to get to the male and they bred! My problem is though, that i have about 50 guppies in that tank(they are feeders for my turtle) and i want the fry to survive but i dont want to catch all the fish and accidently disturb/ruin the nest! What do i do?!

Scoop up the nest and try artificially rearing the young or just let you guppies eat them and try again later
