What are your thoughts on the Marina 1/2gallon?

What are your opinions of this tank/bowl/cube?

IMO . . . Too small. You would need to do daily or at the least every other day water changes. I prefer a minimum of a 5g but 2.5g is sufficient with 2 50% water changes per week.

Ridiculously small, impossible to heat, not very attractive and no lid.

For a betta, not a good home. However, it you were to plant it like crazy, it could make a neat little nano-shrimp tank.

To small no way you should keep a Betta in something that small unless its for a short period for time while you look for a bigger tank, that what I did when I got Perseus and he dearly loves his 5 gallon. Its just common sense fish swim thats what they do so why would they enjoy something to small to swim around in !

I have one that I use when doing water changes or when I have to QT for treatments. Small tanks just make dosing for medicines easier for me, and none of my fish have ever clamped up when QTed. I have one gallon bowls as well, so I only use the half gallons if the one gallons are being used (when I first started my sorority, all of the girls were in bowls all over my bed room floor). But you think this is bad? No one seems to see this on here. It makes me SICK.

Yeah, a local shop sells that one. It's pretty bad.

That desktop aquarium is a neat idea, but it's SO TINY. I would only put like 2-3 moss balls in there.... maybe a shrimp?

Cute but way to small.I guess it could work though for quartine or temporary housing.

it is very small. but heatable (25w adjustable heater). not much room to move in for a grown betta... a betta will live quite miserably in that space...
