Does anyone know how much Prime to use for a five gallon tank?

5 ml for 50 gallons, so 1 ml for 10 gallons. Half that for 5 gallons, so .5 ml. I use a chlidrens medicine syringe I got for free from the Publix pharmacist.

It's basically dosed at 2 drops per gallon, so 10 drops should do it :)

An eyedropper is your friend :] I use it in 5 and 10 gallons ^^ A couple drops per gallon will do it

Yes you need 10 drops for 5 gallons. I use a medicine dropper too works great ! Its 2 drops of Prime per gallon.

Sometimes you can find them in craft stores.. I'd check there first :)

I think I got mine at Hobby Lobby.

I just use a syringe that I snagged from my work (vet clinic) cause it's 0.1ml/gal so I can adjust if I ever upsize (and I can also easily measure for my hosp tank)

Same here - I love my 1cc syringe for dosing prime... You may be able to ask a pharmacist if they have any oral dosing syringes for infants if you can't find a dropper that you like.

Yeah I use a 1ml syringe from the chemist to dose my Prime with. I still usually overdose though, as I get paranoid that such a small amount of Prime can dechlorinate such a large amount of water.
