How to clean tank after treating for tapeworms?/Airstone?

So all the worms seem to be gone, there isn't anymore coming out of the molly. How do we clean the tank? Should we just take everything out and start over? Is there a better way?

Oh, and do we need an airstone in a 5.5g with 5 fish? When it's off they seem to swim around more. If we do need aeration, would a small bubble wall make less of a current?

Well, since nobody replied, we did a 100% change and bought new gravel and plants, and boiled the beehive. We have the molly in a QT because she's still pooping worms -.-'
