Double checking my dosage...

I bought a bottle of Seachem Prime today. I have a five gallon tank that I'm about to begin cycling and a 1 gallon desktop aquarium that my Betta is currently living in.

According to the bottle, 5 ml treats 50 gallons.

So .5 ml should treat 5 gallons and .1 ml should take care of the gallon tank.

I assume that a drop ought to constitute as .1 ml, but I want to be sure. So would I be safe to add 5 drops to the 5 gallon and 1 drop to the gallon? It seems so infinitesimal, is one drop really going to do the trick?

The general convention is that 1 mL = 20 drops.

So 2 drops per gallon....

The 1 gal needs 0.1 mL which is 2 drops.
The 5 gal needs 0.5 mL which is 10 drops.

I was having a similar issue. The seachem products are pretty potent. I ordered a set of 12 3mL Pipettes from amazon for a few bucks so that I could be sure not to over dose it.
