Fuzz and slime

Hey everyone I just wanted to ask what is happening in my tank. Every three to five days I end up with a thick layer of fuzz on the bottom of my tank. It is disgusting it requires a lot of time to move the fish clean the tank with hot water same with decor and the heater and then wash the gravel, refill the tank and acclimate the fish especially to five tanks that are five and ten gals. I have attached a pic of the fuzz.
I also am getting thick layers of slime on top of the water. I am unable to do cleans like I have been twice a week it is very time consuming and I have lots going on. Please help me!
Now all my tanks are becoming bare bottom to make cleaning easier.
Would a better water conditioner help?t

It's food that hasn't been removed.. I can tell by the pellets that is coating your gravel. if the fish doesn't eat it, remove it!!

Sorry this was taken shortly after a feeding I had not yet removed uneaten food, which I do after feeding everyone :D

I'd say either wash the gravel in warm, not burning hot water 90f, and see or change out all the gravel after 100% WC & rinsing all decor and wipe/clean off any remnants on the plants
