I was thinking of breeding Ciel #2 to a CT female, what would be the best color to breed him with?

That sounds like a fun project Bear in mind it will take many many generations to finally create a fish worthy of being called a ctpk.
If I were you I'd focus on finding the right finnage than finding the right colours since colours are easier to fix than fins. The fathers colours will most likely pop back up after a few generations

Well trilobite is correct, colors are much easier to integrate into a line then finnage. It also depends on your goals. If you have a few females with nice finnage to choose from, I would go with one with a simile color to daddy.
