Exclamation Overfed fish!!!

I hadn't fed Hazel (my female veiltail) in a couple of weeks (mostly she hasn't been eating because we only had flakes). Yesterday, we purchased a couple different kinds of pellets to feed her, and she perked right back up again. However, today, I overfed her a little bit because of how long it had been since she last ate. (I also meant to only give a few pellets, and around 10, give or take a couple, fell in.) Now, she has bulges up a lot and was VERY clearly overfed.
Should I just fast her for a couple of days? I can give her a small mashed boiled pea tomorrow afternoon, change her water, and give her an Epsom soak if that is what you suggest.
Please help! Thanks! :)

I would start with a three day fast. Do pea as a last resort, and daphnia is much better if you can get your hands on it.

Don't feed until you see her poop and bulge goes away. Will be fine after. Would consider sticking to a regular feeding schedule and skipping a day for fasting.

Fast her and see if you can get daphina, they are a better laxative
