Help!Soroity Feeding?

Hey everyone!I just started a female soroity tank and I need help on how to feed so many fish.I tried just putting 3 pellets in front of each girls face but then if one didn't see its pellet or swam off the other would eat it and get over stuffed.Also two didn't get food becuase they did't come to the surface.How do you guys feed youu soroitys?I need some help.

I have 11 females in a 46g & I feed NLS pellets with the occasional frozen food. I open the tank lid & stand there until everyone comes up to the surface, I take a pinch of the pellets and I scatter them around so everyone kind of spreads out, some of the pellets will sink, I watch to make sure everyone gets at least a couple. Some girls are bigger so they eat more but everyone gets some. The pellets that sink will be scavenged either by my snails or the girls will hunt them down. I have one girl that sometimes won't come to the surface so ill drop pellets in the area she's in & she'll usually see them as they sink. I don't worry too much if they miss one meal if I saw them eat the day before.
