See if you see any scales on the bottom (Nearly impossible). Is it getting worse or better? You could add some AQ salt to help speed up the healing if necessary.

No I haven't treated him. I just saw it today. He didn't have it yesterday. I just looked and now it's gone. Weird.

Thank you so much. He is a silly betta. very possible he bumped his head. it is not fuzzy at all. the edges are perfect like his scales. I did a 60% water change and make sure his water is warm. hopefully it will heal quickly!

No I don't have any. Just clean water and conditioner. Do you think he will be alright with out it? if not I'll try to convince my husband to run to walmart and pick some up
