What is this on my betta?

This is my female betta Apocalyptica. She's in my 20gl community and I bought her two weeks ago. I notice now that she has this grayish fuzz on her. It started out with a white patch on her side. It's too slow moving to be Columnaris and she's acting completely normal and eating. What could it be?

Also, I put her in a cup in my 10g betta tank for the lighting. I put her back in the 20gL right after this.

My guess would be that it is a fungus of some kind. I would definately teat her with medications
