oh wow!! He is absolutely gorgeous!!! He also looks dragon scale to me *but cant tell for sure* dragonscaling means that they have thicker scales than the average betta not metallic.
Anyways. I am so jealous! He is the cutest little guy I've seen in a longgg time! I just got a yellow from MO with that coloring around his face too but hes an HM and yours is HMPK

Aww, he is cute! Haha, I would love to see him flare. I also have a hmpk he is yellow.
