both my 30 and 10 clouded up like thunder storm and stayed that way for a while. then again, i was uneducated and did panic water changes and stuff, but they eventually just... cleared up :)

If you have a mature sponge filter(filled with good bacteria) from an old aquarium, you can use it to seed the tank. Works like a charm everytime, the water will clear up in no time :) OF course it depends on what you have done before putting it in :p
