RIP Miguel de Cervantes

A few weeks ago my dearest friend Miguel died. He was my first betta fish and I had him for around a year and a half.

All of a sudden one day he couldn't move one side of his body anymore and was gasping for air. I put him in a smaller tank because I though he could recover there. He died a few hours later.

Now I have a new friend, Thomas Alva Edison. Edison will never replace Miguel in my heart, however.

Awww, so sorry for your loss. I feel the same about my little Pizza, who had to be euthanized in October. I had him for nearly 3 years. He wasn't a betta, but he was a goldfish. The best goldfish I EVER had and he will never be replaced in my heart, just as Miguel will never be replaced in yours. I too have a new fishy friend, named Mojo. He is a veil tail betta. Again, so sorry about your little buddy. May little Miguel rest in peace
